Fender Flares Information and Installation

Our fender flares are made of high-pressure, injected plastic.  This makes them light, but durable.

They are easy to install and can be painted to match the color of your truck if you do not want black.

Universal Fitting Instructions for Fender Flares

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

Important Note:  Please, inspect your fender flares for proper fit BEFORE painting or mounting!

Installation Instructions

Hardware Kit: (Supplied on each set of fender flares)
Self-Tapping Screws = 1 Package

Tools Required:
1/8" Diameter Drill Bit
Phillips Screwdriver

Fender Flares Installation

1. Test fit the fender flares on the vehicle.
2. Wet a soft cloth or tissue paper with alcohol or a cleaning solvent and clean the entire surface which will be taken up by the double-sided adhesive tape. (See Illustration 1, area marked xxx)
3. Peel about 2" of the vinyl backing away from one end of the double-sided adhesive tape (See Illustration 2).  Pulling the vinyl backing free and apply from pressure to obtain a good adhesion.  Do not wash the vehicle until 24 hours have past.
4. Use a 1/8" diameter drill bit or the provided self-tapping screw and attach the flare at the various points (See Illustration3).
